It’s all about food! Everything is more than delicious here! Eat as much Georgian national specialties as possible. Believe me, you will not regret! Georgian seasonings make everything good!

Include a wine tasting tour in your activities. You definitely do not want to go back without trying Georgian wine. It would be great to have a local who can take you to the best wineries, where you can also see and participate in the process of wine making. It’s actually VERY interesting.

Our guide Nino, not even a guide, she was more like a local who was just in love with Georgia, took us to great places in Tbilisi, not so famous but more than beautiful. But the most impressive one was the Narikala fortress overlooking Tbilisi and the Kura river. If possible, visit in the evening.

We hired a guide through Localz, who made us to fall in love with Tbilisi. Dea told us about Georgian culture, traditions, difference in modern and old Georgia. She also helped us to find the best restaurants and attractions in Tbilisi. In the evening we hung out in a cozy Georgian pub with Dea and her friends.
