I suggest you to go to Florence. We had a fabulous time there. We loved our tour and Emilia was an excellent guide. She was very friendly and lovely. Emilia was very literate. And she was very eager to tell us all about Florence history. I liked her very much.

In Florence I had a great time. I saw many beautiful things here, many interesting places. I also saw “Ponte Vecchio” the old bridge in Florence. It is possible to admire the bridge from underneath in theater presentations. It was so amazing. I advice you to go to Florence especially for that bridge.

When I was in Florence I visited “The Basilica di San Lorenzo” that was one of the oldest churches of Florence and was the burial place of all the principal members of the Medici family. And also visited “Uffizi Gallery” regarded today as one of the world’s greatest art museums. I was impressed as those buildings were amazing. I had a wonderful time in Florence.

The centro storico (historic center) of Florence is small and very walkable, especially since large areas have been pedestrianized. The efficient bus network, run by ATAF, includes a fleet of Lilliputian electric buses (routes A, B, C, and D) designed to navigate the narrow streets of the city center. Single tickets for all routes cost €1.20 and are valid for 90 minutes. 24-hour passes cost €5. Taxis are available on designated stands.

Tips before visiting
Tips before visiting
It will take hours to stand in line to buy tickets for the Uffizi and the Accademia so the best option is to book them in advance. Firenze Card is a great option for those who plan to visit multiple museums. The card will save you money and allow you to skip lines. At restaurants, tips are not usually expected, but if you are happy with the service it will be nice to tip 10%.
